Airbnb Skool Refund Policy
All sales are final, and we do not offer refunds unless required by the Consumer Protection Act, 2002 (Ontario) or other applicable laws.
If you do not secure your first listing within 90 days, we will continue working with you until you do. This guarantee serves as a service fulfillment commitment and does not constitute a refund or cancellation right under this policy.
If you choose a payment plan option, you are contractually obligated to complete all scheduled payments. Failure to fulfill payment obligations may result in suspension or termination of access to the program.
In the event of a past-due payment, access to the program may be temporarily restricted until the account is brought into good standing.
Refund requests will only be considered if they fall under statutory refund rights outlined in the Consumer Protection Act, 2002 (Ontario), such as cases of misrepresentation or non-performance of services as promised.
Any attempt to dispute charges or initiate chargebacks that contravene this policy and contractual obligations may result in account suspension, termination of access, and/or legal action to recover outstanding balances.
